How do I create an account?

To register, all you need to provide is your name, e-mail address, and password. You can fill out the rest of your account information including shipping, billing address, and personal options at your leisure. Once registered, you can check your order status, order history, and manage your account.

By clicking on My Account at the top of every page, you can access your account history with Art Defiance. You can change your account information at any time, as well as check the status of your latest orders. 

How can I recover/change my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it 

If you remember your login e-mail address  you can automatically reset your password. You will be asked for your login e-mail address 

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to your email newsletter?

There are two quick and easy ways to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

  1. All the emails you receive from us have an unsubscribe link at the button. 
  2. Email us at customerservice@artdefiance.com and one of our customer service representatives will unsubscribe your email address.

Domestic Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Based on your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Carriers that may be used include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.

  • In-stock merchandise sent via:

Standard Delivery will arrive in 3-7 business days, to the contiguous US. For deliveries to AK and HI,  please allow 15-20 business days for delivery.

Express Delivery will arrive in 3-4 business days if ordered by 12:00 PM (EST). Express delivery is not available for AK and HI

Premium Delivery will arrive in 2 business days if ordered by 12:00 PM (EST). Premium delivery is not available for AK and HI.

In rare occasions, a shipment may experience a delay in delivery and not reach you in the time expected. If your expected delivery date has passed, please check your order status online or email customer service at cistomerservice@artdefiance.com

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Backorders If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.
  • Customized products usually processed and ship within 7 to 14 business days from the order date. Sometimes there are delays depending on the customization level
  • Couture products are processed and shipped in 3-6 weeks and sometimes even 8 weeks, depending on the customization level and the complexity of the design.

Once the products are ready, in-stock merchandise shipping terms apply. 

International Shipping

Art Defiance does not currently ship to international addresses.

ORDER INFORMATION

Where Is My Order/Backorder?

Once your order has been shipped, we send a notification to the email you provided when you order. This notification should include a tracking number which you can use to track your package from our warehouse right to your door.

We also include the tracking number in the account order history of registered users.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a “Placed” status. Your order is then “Sent to Warehouse,” or “Send to Design department” entering the shipping or designing process almost immediately. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during “Placed” status.

What Do I Do if I Have Received a Wrong Item?

Why Did the Status of My Item Change from Available to Backordered?

Sometimes, during special events or promotions, some items or materials may run out of stock. 

If there are no delays from our manufacturers, the products will be in stock in 1-3 weeks. 

Sometimes, with our special materials (special laces, prints, patterns etc) we may run into delays of up to 4-6 weeks but we will always let you now soon after you place the order.

If you are a returning customer, and have finished adding items to your shopping basket and want to checkout, you will be prompted to sign in by providing your e-mail address (login) and password.

My Basket

You can order quickly and easily through ArtDefiance.com. To add items to your Shopping Basket, simply click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to buy.

When you are buying a customizable product, please make sure all details are filled in. 

To remove an item, go to your Shopping Basket and select “Remove”.

To change the quantity of items, go to your Shopping Cart and change the number in the box under the “Qty” column.

Shipping Address

Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section.

Shipping & Packaging

After entering the “ship to” addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.

Order Confirmation Email

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with ArtDefiance.com, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. 

 

How do I use my Coupon Code/Store Credit Code?

Using your code is as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Place all of the items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Under Your Cart Totals Information, find the box labeled “Coupon code”.
  3. Enter your code in the box and click “Apply coupon“.

SIZE CHARTS

When you are choosing standard sizes, please locate the brand size chart and use it to determine your size. If you are borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit
