RETURNS

We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they, in turn, are fair with us.

You have 14 calendar days to return almost any Art Defiance’s purchase for a refund or store credit, as long as your purchase is still in saleable condition. While we cannot accommodate every return, we value you and will always be reasonable. We ask that you do the same.

If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The products should not have been used, worn, washed altered or damaged. Only Art Defiance has the right to determine whether products are in their original condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

What items cannot be returned?

  • ·         Customized Apparel (items that are not standard sizez or standard design)
  • ·         Final Sale Merchandise
  • ·         Items that appear worn, altered, or without attached tags and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included when the item was received.
  • ·         Cosmetic products (skin care, body care, hair care, makeup)
  • ·         Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • ·         Items damaged after delivery
  • ·         Items that are stained (dirt, makeup, food, etc.)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Art Defiance is not responsible for lost packages.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)

  • ·         Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@artdefiance.com and send your item to:

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Art Defiance may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are canceled may include: the item cannot be manufactured anymore, is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
